What's all the hype about? Yoga is a perfect blend of strength, flexibility and endurance – for your body, mind and soul. Plus it simply feels wonderful! Each teacher, each tradition and each class offers something slightly different and unique. Our teachers are certified, experienced and friendly, and most of all, dedicated to your personal growth. Our studio is inviting, sunny and open – you won't feel crowded. Buffalo Yoga will inspire and guide you on your path to better health and wellness!

Beginners & seniors are recommended to attend a gentle/restorative, lunchtime, sunrise, TGIF class first.

Anusara Inspired
Inspired by Anusara Yoga, which uses precise principles of alignment to promote safety & empower students to celebrate their full potential. Cultivating body awareness on and off the mat with the Flow with Grace anusara.
Combined Traditions Yoga
Combining various styles of yoga like vinyasa, restorative, gentle, chair yoga, partner yoga, from different lineages & philosophy together to bring lessons of spiritual, meditative, healing aspects of yoga.
Dao Yin Lung Shen Yoga
A combination of chi kung and kundalini yoga. Dao yin translates as"cultivating the chi"; lung shen as "dragon spirit" referring to the serpentine fire energy of the kundalini.
Gentle/Restorative
Recovering from an injury, living with pain, or stressed out? Restorative is “Active Relaxation”, using the support of props in a passive pose to release deeply held tensions, sooth the nervous system for therapeutic results.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha means "ha"- sun and "tha" moon conveys a feeling for balance of complementary influences, involving combination of surrender and effort.

Hot Vinyasa - NEW CLASS!
This class incorporates Asanas from the “Vinyasa” (continuous flow) style. Hot Vinyasa is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility, and cardio and is designed for students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. This class takes the traditional vinyasa series and incorporates a dynamic, more rapid flow that detoxifies, heals, and rejuvenates the body. Often referred to as "meditation in motion," this open level power vinyasa class cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees to help facilitate the integration of sweat, strength, and spirit. Whether you are a beginner yogi or an elite athlete, come and experience the life changing, body transforming, calorie burning, and mind calming effects of a regular, hot, power vinyasa practice.
 
Pulse Dance Exercise
Dance from the inside out: unique, gentle to the joints but thorough cardio, chakra opening, core focus, meditative, relaxing. A perfect compliment to any yoga or meditation class.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means “mindful flow” or “Sequence”. A enlivening flow of postures, breath and movement to enliven spirit, awaken and purifies the body and mind.
Tai Chi
The ultimate martial art form that moves life force energy creating balance and well being.
Reiki & Massage
Many of our teachers are also certified Reiki Practitioners and Licensed Massage Therapists. Available by appointment.
