Each teacher, each tradition and each class offers something slightly different and unique. Our teachers are certified, experienced and friendly, and most of all, dedicated to your personal growth. Beginners & seniors are recommended to attend a gentle/restorative, lunchtime, sunrise, TGIF class first. |

| A series of gentle postures flowing together to improve breathing, flexibility, balance, overall healt,h and awareness of love for yourself, and the connection between mind, body & spirit; and to calm the mind for a 15 minute seated meditation at the end. |
