Highlights and notes:
Sadhana means practice. Take your yoga practice beyond asana (posture) and join us (beginners and all are welcome) Thursdays at 7:30 pm for pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation intended to calm and rejuvenate.

Mondays at 7:30 pm and Fridays at 5 pm are just $8 for college students with ID!

On the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 7 pm, Buffalo Yoga hosts Reverend Kanjin Cederman and the Nichiren Buddhist Sangha. All are welcome!

Private and/or group classes are also an option. Perhaps you need an instructor to work with you individually due to an injury or maybe time constraints?
