Meditation
Most of our classes are ongoing and drop-ins are always welcome, however, if you've never practiced yoga we suggest you start with a beginners or restorative class. Classes appropriate for beginners are highlighted in bold.
Ashtanga Yoga
Private and/or group classes are also an option. Perhaps you need an instructor to work with you individually due to an injury or maybe time constraints?
