| Journey into the Chakras Workshop |

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning "wheel of light". Through each charka we gain a deeper understanding about how we experience life, and why we experience it the way we do; how we perceive reality and why; and how we relate to ourselves, others, and society.
Look deep into each of the seven chakras within yourself. Learn what your life, health, relationships, and work will look like if the charkas are in balance or if the are excessive or deficient. Create awareness of the emotions that tend to block and balance each charka and different ways to deal with them, as they surface during the balance and healing process. Explore different ways of balancing each charka through yoga postures, sound healing, meditations, journaling exercises, crystal healing, reiki, and creative arts.

| Family Drum & Dance |

Goddesses - bring the kids, bring your significant other, bring a friend. Come drum and dance your way through a Saturday afternoon. We'll spend an hour drumming and another hour dancing, in any way that feels right. Want to dance while others drum? That's okay too!
No experience necessary - just come and have fun. If you have a drum or other percussion instrument, feel free to bring it along.

| Classical Postures and Adaptations 6-Week Course |

Mondays @ 9:30 - 10:45 am, beginning April 5 |
This is a 6 week progressive immersion into the alignment and practice of asana, pranayama, and relaxation. This practice is designed to explore key instruction and/or adaptations for standing, forward bends, back bends, and inversions. An emphasis on individual attention is offered to accelerate each individual’s yoga practice. Various relaxation techniques will be taught to reach greater depths of awareness.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration required.

Six week session begins April 8 and ends May 13. Body Sculpt combines cardio, Pilates, hand weights, and Yoga in a fun, high energy, fast paced class, geared towards toning, strengthening, and weight loss.
Please bring your own hand weights ( 1-3 lbs).

| The Art and Science of Pranayama and Meditation (4-Week Session) |

An introductory 4-week session exploring the potential within a Pranayama and meditative practice. Prana, the life force that courses through our bodies, can be managed and directed, enhancing internal function and creating balance within. Meditation is the art of knowing the self beyond words, investing time towards the sanctuary of silence within. Julia will teach you to follow practical steps towards a calmer mind and reality.

The Series 2 Workshops will focus on Text 2 of the Self Help books- energy ‘jumper cabling’ and the 26 safety energy locks of the body.
Please note that the accompanying text for this series is an additional $20. This will be collected on the first Saturday of the series.
